Job Summary:

The SLT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in providing high-level strategic and operational support to the Senior Leadership Team. This position requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive key initiatives and ensure alignment with the Company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, providing insights, recommendations, and support on critical business matters.
  • Lead and oversee special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional activities on behalf of the SLT, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication across various departments, serving as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Drive the strategic planning process, including the development of organizational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, and monitor progress towards achieving these objectives.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the organization's vision and mission.
  • Act as a culture champion, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives.
  • Plan run and own multiple projects within this business at any one time.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in project analysis, data interpretation, and performance measurement within a complex business environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software applications.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience within a pharmaceutical company or closely related healthcare sector
  • Academic or professional background in a scientific discipline
